Goatly integrates with your Shopify store to capture demand signals for out-of-stock products and deliver back-in-stock notifications. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to store owners and customers.

Data We Collect

We process store and customer data necessary to provide our service, including product, inventory, order, and subscriber email data. We do not sell personal data.

GDPR & Shopify Data Requests

We support Shopify's GDPR data request and redaction webhooks. Store owners and individual customers can request access to, export of, or deletion of personal data. Customers should contact the store that collected their data or use Shopify's storefront/account tools; we will also respond to Shopify's compliance webhooks (data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) as configured in the app settings.
